As we approach the end of 2021, we have taken a pause to reflect on how we’ve navigated through the second year of the pandemic and where we are today. The fact that it was a tough year is not a surprise but overall, it mostly has been a year of learning to adapt, and I must admit we have been strengthened by the vicissitudes of the times we are living.

When ICC opened its doors, we aimed to change an industry where people feel overworked, underpaid, and neglected. We wanted to compete and become a better place to work and an option for our customers to get excellent service. We wanted to do all of that by putting people first and we bet that by doing so, we will provide a better product. We started with 3 agents, and I am beyond happy and lucky to say that today we have over 360 people working at ICC and counting.

We have been trusted by great partners that believe in a better way of outsourcing where all the parties involved win. Not just the companies, but the people involved. I want to take this opportunity to thank every partner we have for allowing us the chance to work with them. I want to thank everyone on our leadership team for their hard work. I want to thank all our agents and interpreters for believing in us and what we are doing, changing the industry for the better. We feel positive that 2022 will be great.

Here at ICC, we know it will be, again, tough! But I want to assure all of you that we will be true to our promise of striving to be the best BPO in the region and that we will get there by always putting “people first”.
